How long will a refund take to be done from Epic Games?

Hi everyone!

Recently I bought a game at Epic Games Store by mistake, I asked for a refund, and I never got my money back. I tried to call paypal support for help, but I never got an agent over the phone. The IVR asked for a six-digit code, and I can clearly see on the screen, and it says, "Code is invalid." I chat with EPIC Games support, and I was told, refund is done on their end, I must contact paypal but it seems does not have a human being call center or agents on the phone. Please someone can help me.

If you had been issued a refund then you would have had a paypal email to say so and it would show on  your transaction history.

So if you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

If that has not happened then open a dispute for non receipt of item by clicking on the transaction and using the report a problem link at the bottom of that details page, put in what has happened and when you get the option escalate the dispute to a claim.
