How to cancel pending payment?

I bought the game on steam and the payment is pending, in the meantime I bought somewhere else and now I want to cancel the payment, but there is no option anywhere

You would need to cancel with the merchant and request that they don't capture the pending payment so it times out at 30 days or earlier if the merchant can void it.

There is no record of my purchase on steam, my money is on paypal and its pending.. i want to cancel pending on paypal.

i have pending payment on 24 Feb

pending payment only shows in notification, it does not appear in summary activity

today the pending payment notification is disappear with no trace and i still not get money back

do i still need until wait 30 days?

My notification is also gone and i didn't got my money back.. what is going on? how can i contact paypal other than calling them on the phone?

Then if the merchant voided it the funds should show back in your funding source in a few days.
