How to contact PayPal Corporate

Paypal will not allow me to transfer funds out of my Paypal account.

This is illegal.

"Customer Service" is completely useless.  A bunch of robots who relay misinformation and gaslighting.

How do I contact PayPal Corporate?  It seems like my only next step is a lawsuit.

Link and confirm a debit card OR link and confirm a bank account.

Their system is preventing me from linking a bank account or debit card.  Why?  Who knows.  They won't tell me why.  They won't fix it either.  They won't send me to someone who can fix it.

They won't send me a check.  Why?  Unknown.  Error message says something about my address, where I've lived 20+ years, and they've sent me plenty of mail over the years.  They won't tell me what's wrong with my address, they won't give me a path to fix whatever is wrong with it, and there is no way to escalate to anyone who might even try to fix it.

The endless loop is abusive.  I am literally having dreams of violence.

I have linked two bank accounts, which I use to pay for purchases through PayPal, they take my money gladly but now are saying that these two bank accounts, which are the only accounts I have, won’t accept transfers??? This is total BS!!

having the same issue with these **bleep**. apparently opening a paypal to stream on twitch was viewed as suspicious to these lame **bleep** that have literally zero customer support whatsoever. fat, fat lawsuit coming.
