How to stop reoccurring fee

I want to cancel a membership I took out accidentally

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

When I click my icon, I have Message Center, Profile Settings, Account Settings and Logout. There is no option for Payment. None of the payment tabs have any details about how to cancel subscriptions.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! Sorry for the confusion. Do you have a Business account? If so, you'll see the option to manage your recurring payments here under the Business tab.
