I'am not receiving my teachable payments since updating my card

I been teachable since 2019, and i received my payment on my Paypal account every month without any problem 

 

Now i updated the card linked to my paypal account in August and since i done this i'am not receving my monthly teachable payments

 

When i contacted teachable they said the problem is in my paypal account, 

 

The problem is my paypal account work just fine, i receive money from it, and can buy stuff using it  

 

Any helps fixing this issu

Welcome to the PayPal Community! Have you confirmed your card since you've updated it? That might do the trick. Here's a Help Center article you may find useful: How do I confirm a debit or credit card that I've linked to my PayPal account?

So i just checked the link you sent and it's seems my new card is confirmed, and just to try something, i asked a friend to send some money and i did receive it with no problem

 

So i don't know where the probleme might be comming from now
