Please ensure you have a Business PayPal account in order to complete the set up with Shopify. If you need to upgrade your account, please follow the steps provided in this link - https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-upgrade-or-downgrade-my-paypal-account-faq1317

 

Once you have a verified Business account, please review this link for information on how to set up the Shopify account - https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/paypal/set-up-paypal
