I purchased a course but I can't find it on my PayPal activity

I purchased a course online, but the process didn't complete according to the website and I tried again and the same thing happened, process failed. I received two messages from my bank that PayPal charged me the course price twice. 

 

Now, I can't see any of the transactions in my activity.

If there are no transactions in your paypal account then the payments would not have completed, they may be pending on your bank account and drop off back into your account soon, talk to your bank?
