Issue when redirecting to website

Hi, i recently tried to purchase from a website and when i went to checkout i selected paypal and got redirected to paypal site. Checked the information and all good. I clicked on the continue button and it said redirecting back to the website i am trying to purchase an item from. It just kept loading for 15mins before i had to close it. I see the transaction has been deducted from my bank account but i never got redirected to website to put in my postal details. Does my address linked to paypal just link straight to the website or do i have an issue where the website won't have my details and wont be able to send? Can i cancel this transaction?

Thank you for asking your question in our Community. 

I am sorry to hear that the payment kept loading and that you were not redirected the right way. The seller should still receive all the right information. When a payment is made through PayPal we have your address, so we will provide this to the seller. Once a payment is completed, it can only be cancelled by the seller. If you want to cancel the payment I would advice contacting the seller. 

You can check the status of the payment in your recent transactions.
