I sent money to an account that doesn't exist

I sent money to an account that apparently doesn't exist, does someone know how to get that money back?

If it doesn't exist it would be showing as pending / unclaimed with or withOUT a cancel option.

If there is no cancel option then it would time out at 30 days post payment.

If its showing as completed/payment or sent then it has successfully transferred to the paypal account you sent it to.
