I used the pay in 4 payments for an order and two different payments were taken out.

I can't dispute on it according to PayPal and want to get the payment back. I tried the assistant messenger on here but that did not work. Who do I talk to?

Pay in 4 is a feature that lets you split your purchase into 4 payments, with the down payment due at the time of transaction and 3 subsequent payments made every 2 weeks thereafter. You can review the details of the repayments by logging to your PayPal account, go to Pay in 4, and click on the specific Pay in 4 plan you want to see. The amount you still owe will be under “Remaining.” You can also see the amounts of upcoming payments by clicking “See Upcoming Payments.”
If there's any issue with the plan, you can dispute the main transaction in the resolution center of your PayPal account. You can check the information about reporting the payment here.
