I want to request increase on amount I can transfer to bank but I cannot see the option

PayPal said they will put payments on hold as reaching monthly limit. How do I request an increase. I was sent these instruction but cannot see where to request an increase?
Paypal wrote: To request an increase, log in to your PayPal account, click the Notifications icon at the top of the page and then click Request Increase at the bottom of the page.
Where is this option??

I have received the same message from PayPal, and the instructions are NOT accurate. I cannot find anywhere to "Request increase", as they suggest. Very frustrating.

I got the same email, with the same instructions, and I still have not been able to figure out how to request an increase on my account. PayPal needs to do something about this, because clearly many people are having the same issue. Why can't we get some clear instructions, please?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
