Where I sm at the moment in Spain there is a system called 'PayPal Amigos' (Paypal Friends) by which you can send a payment to trusted friends, foregoing the normal PayPal guarantees, and the friend does not then have to pay a charge for receiving the payment. In one of my online buying and selling groups this system is now usually obligatory. My PayPal account is in English, was opened in a different country and I cannot see how to access this system. Can you help?

The option to use a friends/family payment is not available in Columbia.

Also you can't use a Columbian account in another country as @jmarc_38 has already told you.

Yes you can purchase anywhere using a Paypal Columbia account but you CANNOT use a country specific paypal account if you have moved or are in another country.

And the friends/family option is NOT available in your country, you can only send funds using the goods/services option.
