I was sent some funds by a couple of family members and Paypal says that the transaction has been completed and I've received the money... but won't show my balance and when I go to move the money it says that I have an insufficient balance? Basically, where is my money?
Have you set up a balance account? If not then it would be transferred to your bank account automatically as long as the email address they sent the funds to was correct without any spelling errors.
