According to Paypal's guidance notes, most Latin American countries are unable to receive personal payments to/from family and friends. Paypal were looking to resolve this issue. Can anyone advise me whether this still/applies to Panama?
Welcome to the PayPal Community! Thank you for your interest in sending / receiving Personal payments through PayPal. After a bit of research, it looks like you still may not be able to send Personal payments from an account located in Panama.
