Missing PayPal to Payoneer transfer in UAE: How can I trace and resolve the issue?

I transferred money from PayPal to my Payoneer receiving account in the UAE. PayPal confirmed that the transfer was successful, but I have not received the money in my Payoneer account for more than 3 days.

What steps can I take to trace the transfer or get the money credited to my account?

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

I completely understand your concern about your funds. Thanks for the help @kernowlass! Transfers usually takes 3-5 Business days to reach the account. If the transfer is not processed, money will be returned to your PayPal balance by a week. I suggest you to wait till the required time frame.
