I've just set up my PayPal account, linked and confirmed my Chase checking account. When I try to send money to a friend, after filling out all the info (their PayPal account, their name, the amount), when it's time to choose payment options PayPal asks me to link a bank account or a debit/credit card. My Chase account does not show up.
