Not able to withdraw funds

I'm not able to withdraw funds since yesterday, does anybody know what's happening??? I contacted the call center but my problem was not solved.

hi

 

few days ago i was normally withdrawing money but this last couple of days this is what shows up to me when i try to transfer money to bank account 

 

any solutions for this?

I have the same problem. The official excuse is that this is a "technical issue" and they are working on it. But in reality it is related to the latest draconian anti-free speech policy updates. Many people can't accept the new terms and closing their accounts. This is why many withdrawals are stopped to prevent a bank run.

Me too they release my money to withdraw after 180 days but I face this message from 3 days and I have add serval credits card.. I email them many time but they keep sending instructions how withdraw money 🙂 I give up from them, also I can't call them because no phone number show in my account

I have been trying to transfer funds from my account to my Visa debit card for about a week now, but I keep getting the message "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

I have done this many many times in the past 8 years and never had a problem before. Does anyone know why this is happening now and what I can do to fix it?

Having the same issue, not being able to transfer funds INTO my PayPal account, what is weird is that 1) I'm able to transfer funds OUT of my PayPal account to one of the three long-time verified bank accounts tied to PayPal and 2) eBay was paid earlier today FROM my PayPal account for the postage of a sale I made.

 

A HUGE PART of the problem is that PP Customer Service is CLUELESS as to this problem of account holders not being able to transfer outside funds to their PayPal account .  Having spoken to several PayPal CS people over the past week, the one I spoke to yesterday, Saturday, after I had given her a code she sent me, ASSURED ME "IT WAS FIXED AND WOULD BE OPERATIONAL IN FOUR HOURS".

 

I waited SEVEN HOURS to try transferring funds from one of my three accounts to PayPal.  Needless to say I wasn't surprised when TRANSFERRING FUNDS TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT STILL DIDN'T WORK

 

At the end of the day, PayPal's CS people should have been better informed to know that such a problem exists rather than waste everyone else's time

When i try to withdraw money fro PayPal balance to my VISA card it says ,,we're sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." It constantly says for the last 7 days, i tried every single possible resolution. I even talked to ,,Sergejs" customer service agent and he said to wait and he sent my case to IT department. Now i don't know if they'll fix it so i'm looking for people who had/have similar issue, please i need help fast!

After a bit of research, I was able to find our technical teams are indeed currently investigating a known issue on this. Unfortunately we are unable to share an estimated time of resolution, however a valid workaround recommended at this time is to attempt a transfer through our Mobile app. 

 

With that in mind, please remember not every failed transfer attempt will be linked to this issue. There still may be other reasons you may not be able to withdraw funds from PayPal. You can read more about the Most common issues transferring money here as well as why your Transfer may be on hold.

 

On another note, any issues transferring funds out of your account are in no way related to a recent update to our Acceptable Use Policy that contained incorrect information. You can read our most up-to-date and accurate Acceptable Use Policy for your country by clicking Legal at the bottom of any PayPal page.
