PAYPAL CREDIT

Hi, I bought the item by paypal credit and I cancelled next day. The online retailer refunded immediately to Paypal. However, Paypal still charge the same amount of money on the status. I contacted Paypal but I don't get what the customer servise said. Someone has same experience? How did you solve this issue? Best regards,
