PayPal not processing my requests to buy items in FlyFF Universe.

Message reads;  Unable to process at this time see vendor for alternate means of

payment.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had recently with your account. Payments can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. We decline some payments to help protect you from any possible fraudulent activity. In this case, please try the payment again at a later time by clearing cache and cookies. If the issue persist, kindly check the Resolution Center to see if there are any notifications about your account status. If not, kindly reach out to our Customer support team through the available contact options for further assistance.

problem is only with purchases from one seller processing on thier pay pal link.
