Payment on hold tracking information updated not released

Hi all I was paid by a person who used paying a business instead of using paying friends and family. I added tracking information from Parcelforce as requested by PayPal and the item is confirmed as delivered but the funds are still being withheld. I’ve updated the parcel status and readded the tracking information but that doesn’t help. Any suggestions? THanks

I see that I will have to wait 21 days for the money to be released? As per the tracking data status “ Your parcel was delivered to MR POONANPALAM on Wednesday 14th June 2023” I will have to wait until mid July for the money.

Whenever you receive the payment via goods/services you’ll have access to your pending payment after a maximum of 21 days, to ensure a safer and secure environment. If you want to avail the funds on your PayPal account, please check this article to know how to have your funds released sooner. Update the order status if the held payment is for a service or intangible item by selecting service or virtual product, you'll get your money after verification.
