I have integrated paypal payment in mine mobile app in sandbox environment , payment with Paypal is working but when I am using a card from the card generator for payment through card option I am getting the error we're sorry Things don't appear to be working at the moment

I have integrated paypal payment in mine web application api based in sandbox environment , payment via Paypal method is working but when I am using a card from the card generator for payment through payment through card option I am getting the error we're sorry Things don't appear to be working at the moment. I am using Default application client id and secret and web application is hosted on digital ocean with domain ssl encrypted using cloud flare. Do I need to create certificates on the hosting using openssl and upload to Pyapal , as per some documentation i saw. Kindly please help me on this
