Paypal Bill pay question (using credit card)

Usually, only bank accounts offer bill pay service, using either checking account or saving account.

I just noticed that Paypal also has bill pay service. Take Dominion Energy for example, if I go to Dominion Energy and make a payment with credit card, there is $1.65 per transaction fee.

Question: Is there a fee using Paypal bill pay with credit card? If I use credit card payment source without fee, then I can get 2% cash back on credit card transaction.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! This is a fantastic question. Short answer, no, there are no extra fees charged through PayPal when using any funding source with PayPal Bill Pay.
