Hello,
I am based in Panama, I can use my paypal to pay to merchant like Carters, Airbnb, Levis but for others shops in the US like Banana Republic, Patagonia, I am getting this message: Please return to and choose another way to pay.
Why ? I would assume it is because I am not in the US ? but why I can pay to Carters and get delivered to my PO BOX in the US and for others shops it is not working ?

Some merchants may block PayPal accounts from outside their country to pay, block eChecks, block unconfirmed addresses, etc.

Unfortunately, no. However the bigger retailers are more likely to accept int’l orders.

I understand your concern about the payment to the merchants. Yes, @sharpiemarker is right. Not all merchants accept PayPal, you may use different payment method to process the payment. Unfortunately, we don't have a list of merchants that accepts PayPal.
