To remove PayPal as a payment method, navigate to Payment Methods page under your Billing and Payments options or something similar option, and click on the button which manages your PayPal account. A payment method information page will display where you will be able to click on 'Remove, cancel, delete or unlink' to remove your PayPal account. If not, you can reach out to game support team for further assistance.
