Problem with Instagram promotion

I was trying to promote my post, firstly after adding card info it stuck ad verification it said something like “page cannot be displayed” I tried lot of times, so I just decided to create PayPal account, and I’ve added payment method as PayPal but in page promotion it says no payments method and after logging to PayPal it says PayPal wasn’t added. Now I don’t know what to do. Thanks for help

First you have to confirm card, later I don’t know, I just ordered something on eBay using PayPal and later I wanted to try again and successfully added PayPal on Instagram. Remember to change limits on card tho so it isn’t too low. Btw it isn’t just paying first you just add PayPal to Instagram. Later while starting campaign it automatically takes money out of PayPal like per impressions and you can’t pay all at once. If nothing works try using Facebook advert manager.

I’ve got the same problem. I’ve tried all of the above advice to fix it for over a month now and also repeatedly emailed Instagram - still no luck. It’s almost like they don’t want my money! 😉

it is so spastic you would think PayPal tested all this. they wonder why half their investment has gone down the **bleep** drain
