Resident in NZ and want to add funds to my paypal account

I am resident in NZ and want to add funds to my Paypal to refund some US Guests..It told me to go to My Wallett...and Add money to my account....However this is not showing in my page...is this because its not available to people living in NZ?

Can anyone advise how do I add funds to my Paypal if I live in NZ?

The option to add funds is unfortunately not available in every country.
If you go to transfer below your balance and there is only the withdraw option then you won't be able to add funds.
I'm pretty sure NZ is one of the countries where you don't have that option.

However you don't need funds in your balance, if you want to refund you can 'fund' it via a linked and confirmed bank account.

It does seem that NZ is one country which is not possible to transfer funds.

However your suggestion to Fund it from my bank account doesnt seem obvious to me either....

Sorry to trouble you again but can you suggest which category I can add the funds so that I can refund my clients.

• If you have a balance with PayPal or you have money waiting that you haven’t accepted yet, the refund is paid from it. If you don’t have a balance or money waiting to be accepted, the entire refund will be issued from the primary bank account linked to your PayPal account.
