Send money through PayPal with PaySafeCard mastercard for friends&family

So basically the problem is already listed in the title. I cant send money with PayPal, PaySafeCard mastercard for friends&family.

The card in general works perfectly and I can buy things in online stores, I can send money with "business...", so I think this is a 100% a PayPal issue.

And I am not alone, so far I know 2 more people having the same issue and we cant find a solution.

I am sorry to know that you're not able to make payment using your PayPal account. I understand that would be upsetting you! Not to worry! Every time you make a payment from your PayPal account it goes through a series of filters to determine how much potential risk may be involved. If the system deems any risk, the system may temporarily block the payment from going through or limit the payment options. In such situations, I recommend that you to try again at a later date by clearing your cache and cookies from your internet browser or try to use a different internet browser/device.
