Status On HOLD - Any danger under this status?

My amount that has been sent has status" On Hold" for virtual delivered services/goods.

I am worrying is there any chance to lose the money due to this?

I regularly use Paypal and never had this experience before. The sender also has old account so I suppose it shouldn't be related on account safety issues...

What should be done to prevent any risk of not receiving it? Please, advice

Also if you are selling digital / virtual items then you really need to read paypals seller protection policy so you can risk assess those transactions.
