From the information we are given about this. If you used your PayPal routing and checking number for your federal tax refund, then you should be good. BUT there is no way to check. I also used my routing and checking number for my 2019 tax refund, and still have yet to receive my stimulus check. Im guessing we will receive it this week sometime. APPARENTLY "CHIME" users were advanced the money FROM "CHIME" themselves.
I wish that we all had some sort of direction on the website or a way to check if we are good or need to take action.
Here's to keeping my hopes up!

The IRS will use the direct deposit info used on your latest return. Its all in whether you are eligible to receive it and when the gov sends out the stimulus payment.
"If you already set up Direct Deposit to send your latest tax return to your PayPal Cash Plus account, and you don't have a negative balance on your account, you don't need to take any action. The economic impact payment will be transferred to your account the same way. Refer to the IRS website for more details."
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

If you're eligible for it and when the government sends it.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Now its down to whether one is eligible for the payment and when the gov sends it out.

Hi @ABeeksJr66
Thanks for reaching the community for this concern. Direct Deposit is only available on PayPal accounts in the US for customers who have signed up for the PayPal Cash Card debit card. If you have the PayPal Cash Card, you can find Direct Deposit information by going to your Profile.
Keep in mind, the account and routing number associated with Direct Deposit are for incoming payments only and cannot be used for outgoing purchases or payments.
Hope that helps. Stay safe always.
