The country you're trying to send money to can't receive this payment is a message that I am getting even though the account is in the same country

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble to send money. It could be possible you are facing technical issue please try to clear the cache and cookies from your browser history and use a new browser. Also, you can try to change the payment type ( Friends and family or Goods and service) to see if it works.
