Transfer misclassified as a sale

A relative in Australia recently sent me some money, and it has been classified by Paypal as a sale. How can I get this corrected? Thanks.

The sender must have used the goods/services option instead of friends/family.

If that was the case then tell them to contact customer services and see if they will refund the fee as a goodwill gesture for their mistake?
