Unable to complete online payment at Sephora checkout. Please help!

Everytime I try to checkout on Sephora.com I get a pop-up message saying:

Sorry, PayPal declined your transaction. Please contact PayPal to resolve the issue or select a different payment method.

I've looked everywhere on my paypal account & there isn't any payment issue notifications, or alert for any type of problem, or option to fix a payment issue ANY where.

I have my account linked directly to my bank account, & I've got more than enough in my bank account to cover the cost of my payment.

I've also used paypal to checkout on Sephora a few other times, & I was successful with placing my order those times.

If anyone could help me resolve my issue, or steer me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it!

I am sorry to see you are having issues sending a payment, I appreciate how concerning this must be. First of all, I would ask that you ensure your email address is confirmed. Please also ensure you have a funding source (bank/card) added to your account and confirmed: How do I confirm my bank account? (paypal.com) 

 

I understand you have checked to ensure you have no cases or limitations. If there are limitations stopping you from sending money, you would find these on your Resolution Center after selecting 'Go To Account Limitations'. 

 

Finally, I would ask that you check the following link: Why do I need to confirm my identity? (CIP) (paypal.com) to ensure we aren't requesting that you confirm your identity first.
