I am sorry to know that you're facing issues while making a payment and I know it might be frustrating sometimes. Are you trying to make the payment using your mobile?? Usually, finger imprints are prompted while there is an authenticator on in the phone to approve the payment. If yes, it is possible the finger impression was not captured properly which might be the reason for this error. In this case, you may try to make a payment again at a later time.
