Lowe's web site when purchases my item was over 1100 dollars it would not let me select paypal credit just my visa or discover even though I have over 4,000 available. I was purchasing a water heater. So I used my lowes card and did not get the discount offered by lowes/paypal.
I am sorry to hear that you did not get the option to use your PayPal credit for this transaction. PayPal credit is not guaranteed for all transactions and there will be times where it is not offered. I can understand that this may be frustrating. Hopefully you will get to use it on your next big transaction you need to make.
