Ugh so frustrated, I have had PayPal a while all info is verified (email, address, phone number, bank account, EVERYTHING!) any other time I’ve had any small issues I always get a notification saying confirm something or asking for my Drivers license ect. But not this time, nothing nada zip!! Also when I go to the resolution center there are no account limitations so I’m just at a complete loss of words.. what could be doing this? Literally everyone has paypal as an option when checking out and every time I try to use my account it tells me “ you can’t set up pre approved purchases please return to merchant” something along those lines (not exact words) WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME!! Someone please help me. PLEASE TELL ME SOMETHING OTHER THEN “verify your info” PLEASE!!!

I am wondering if it’s because you only have a bank account linked. Link a credit or debit card associated with your bank account too and try the transaction again. You might have to select the card as the funding source.
