Why I got email saying Your billing agreement with contabo has been cancelled

Why did the billing agreement got canceled with contabo twice so contabo was unable to charge my account

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
