cannot receive payment from tremendous

Hello, i got a reward by using paws.app application and the gift goes through tremendous. When i entered my paypal email i receive error "Redemption failed. Try again later." I have written to tremendous they said that the country for which i created paypal and for which i request the gift to redeem must be the same. They indeed are (Serbia). I am not sure do i need to do anything else on paypal since i did create this account a long time ago but never used it. Do i have to confirm something or send something to paypal to be reviewed to be able to receive payment? Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues receiving payments. Have you made sure your PayPal account is Verified? That's normally something third parties request before you're able to receive money. If your account is verified, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.

Thank you for the answer. I have done last week the proof of address and identity but i received no answer about that if it is accepted or not.
When i try to contact support it says they are not available and i dont see any email address where i can contact support to see what might be the issue?
