error withdrawing from paypal to fnb

Hello everyone.
I am receiving error messages when I'm trying to withdraw money from my PayPal to my FNB account and either parties do not seem to know what is going on.
Note that I have successfully withdrawn multiple times so this is a new issue.
Please refer to the image for the error message as well.
Hope I can get some help...it will be much appreciated

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble withdrawing to FNB, and I understand you have successfully withdrawn before. Is there any chance you've changed any of your contact details? To ensure your FNB account is linked properly, your contact details, such as your email, phone number, and name, must match on both accounts. If any of these have been updated, that could be causing the error. If they have, you can click on the hyperlinks I've included to update them on PayPal so they match both accounts. As a few general troubleshooting steps, I recommend ensuring you're logging in from one consistent device with your location services turned on and clearing the cache and cookies on your preferred browser.
