Wayfair or any other merchant does not have your financial information or anything else that is not absolutely necessary to the completion of the order and the tracking of the transaction in their history. They never see your credit card number, or even that you've paid with a card. That information is only saved to the agreement on the PayPal side of things, so PayPal knows how to conduct the next transaction. The merchant will know your address for shipping, and they know your name, and they know that you've paid and agree to pay for any future purchases for as long as the billing agreement exists.
There isn't a way to opt out of the establishment of a billing agreement in situations where one is required in checkout to complete the payment. In order to make the payment, the billing agreement is a part of the transaction.
However, you can disconnect the billing agreement afterward if you would like to. If this is the choice you make, the merchant will still have your name and address. There is no information that the billing agreement affords the merchant that is not already found in the transaction details themselves. The same information would be available with or without a billing agreement with any merchant or seller, the only difference is that you would need to sign in and reinitiate the agreement to make future purchases with that merchant.
