I've been trying to purchase tickets on Ticketmaster with my Pay Pal Credit. At check out, I choose Paypal. I'm asked to log into my paypal acct. Then it errors and says, "Vendor not setup for pre-paid services"
Thank you for the post. I am sorry to know you are unable to purchase tickets on Ticketmaster. Looking at the error text, I assume that vendor has issues with accepting payments through PayPal. You can contact Ticketmaster on the same. Also, I suggest you to try making payment from bank account or card through PayPal instead of PayPal credit.
