Ach still pending

It’s now passed the 5 business days for ach to clear. Every time I ask PayPal they give me a different answer. I was unaware this payment was being sent this way. The money was taken out of my husbands bank account so where’s my money?

Ask your banks, clearance depends on your banks processing times and the clearance date is an estimate.

Paypal cannot do anything as they neither sent or received the funds yet.
