Airbnb Refund processing time/method

Hi, Airbnb recently processed a refund for me. I paid through Paypal using my visa debit card - how long should this take to appear in either my paypal account or bank account.

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

How long did it take to get the refund please? I paid on the 30th June via bank through PayPal then had to ammend dates so got refunded on 1st July. Refund shows complete on Airbnb and in PayPal but the full payment without refund cleared on 4th July from bank and no refund showing in bank although it shows complete in PayPal, the bank says it's down to PayPal, Airbnb says ask PayPal, I'm hoping it clears tomorrow cos I'm £130 out of pocket
