Apple Family Sharing

So my family and me use the Apple Family Sharing thing where everything we buy from Apple like Apple Music and Apps are paid by one person. This was always my dads paypal account. 2 weeks ago there was a problem where it told me on my phone that I need to verify the Paypal Acc via Code they sent to my dads phone but he never received any. I was unable to buy anything but eventually added my own Paypal Acc to Family Sharing so if his account won't work it will be paid by mine. This worked until now because when I looked at Payments in Apple Settings it tells me that I need to log into Paypal and verify the account... everything is verified and I'm able to make any other payments. And when I try to add a new account it just tells me "MZFinance.FamilyNonHoH.CannotAddPayment" Does anyone why this is happening ? Who should I call because the last time neither the apple or the paypal customer service could help me because they didn't know why it didn't work and just kept blaming each other. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm sorry to hear you keep receiving an error message when trying to make payments using the Apple Family Sharing plan and PayPal. The error message you've listed isn't a PayPal error message. I apologize; for that reason, I won't be able to speak to it directly. I would suggest reaching out to Apple directly. I did find mentions of the same error message on Apple's Community Forum as well. 

In the meantime, I suggest ensuring your PayPal account is verified, your email that's shared with Apple is confirmed, and that your automatic payment to Apple is still established. If you'd like to review some troubleshooting for PayPal declined payments, I recommend visiting this Help Center article. From what I found, I don't believe that's what's happening here. However, the tips in the article may still help.
