I've just sent a payment to a company, then I've read really bad reviews about them. Can I cancel the payment from paypal. It was less than 24 hours ago.
You can't cancel completed payments, however you can open a dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described if that occurs.
Your best bet is to read up on Paypals buyer protection policy so you can risk assess your transaction. Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection.
