Bank transfer declined

Hi, i have a problem with withdrawal my money from paypal to my bank account. I tried 3 times to transfer money from paypal to bank account but it's all declined and I've been charged about RM16 for each transaction. What can I do?

Did you add and then confirm the bank account to your paypal account as per links?

Is the name on the bank account the same as the name on your paypal account?

Is the bank account registered in the same country as your paypal account?
