Bank transfer reversal

Hello, I’ve previously withdrawn to my checking account without ease and it arrived in 1-3 days, recently I’ve been trying to withdraw but they keep reversing it after 2 days. What do I do?

Have you withdrawn to that bank account before?

Did you confirm the bank with the 4 digit code after adding it?

Are the funds in your local currency?

Have you had a failed bank transfer (adding funds or paying for something) or negative balance at all recently?

Is the name on your bank account the same as your paypal account name?

Yes i have and it took 1-3 days for the first time. I did confirm the bank Yes it’s in my local currency. No negative balance. Although I have a hold on a part of my balance but I’m able to withdraw the other part of my available balance Yes my name on PayPal and the bank I’m withdrawing to has the same name. Of course if it hasn’t worked before I won’t be trying it. The only thing I don’t understand is I made the withdrawal again this morning which is 30th of May, but it’s showing I made the withdrawal on the 29th of may and is expected to be confirmed by my bank on the 31st of may. I have had a transfer to my bank reverse back to Paypal and a $5 fee charged - the reason 'we have no postal address on file' however there is both a personal and business address on file - how do I have this $5 fee reversed back to me, and the transfer processed correctly?
