Can I add paypal.me link to my Discord server for donation? And if I can, will that donation be gns or fnf ?

Since you have a personal account, the PayPal.me link results in whatever option (g&s or f&f) the sender chooses when they pay because when you create the PayPal.me link you can choose what sort of payments it will generate. Only business use (g&s) or for personal use with the option of business (g&s) use. PayPal.me links created through business accounts generate strictly g&s transactions.
