Can I transfer my paypal balance from my PayPal business account to my PayPal personal account?

I'm trying to transfer my balance from my PayPal business account to my personal account. The business account was initially a personal account as well, however, I upgraded it to a PayPal business account when I was prompted to do so maybe about two years ago. Since then, my account lost the ability to directly use my PayPal balance (i.e. if I want to make a payment to an external website or transfer money to any other PayPal account, PayPal does not use my balance first. It completely ignores my balance and debits my card directly. Even if I had $100 in my PayPal and I wanted to make a $10 payment, it will ignore that $100 and try to debit my account through my card instead). As a result, if I want to use my PayPal balance, I first have to withdraw it to my local bank account (PayPal transfer fees and local bank transfer fees apply), and then I'll have to use it that way. This has worked fine for me for years, but now I've run into issues with this process. I've ended up opening a new PayPal personal account, hoping to transfer my current PayPal balance in my business account to this new personal account so that I can transact that way (since I'm assuming the functionality of debiting my PayPal personal account's balance will work just fine). I'm running into issues with transferring my PayPal balance from that business account to my personal account. I just can't figure it out, and I don't know how to contact support for it. Is there any way?

I understand your concern about transferring funds one PayPal account to another. Please be informed that unfortunately, you can send money from your Business account to Personal account. As business accounts can only receive money and cannot send money. In this case, the only option is to transfer funds to your linked financials. Regrettably, PayPal accounts in your country cannot hold balance and can't make payments through it. To make purchases, you can only use your link funding sources.
