Can I use Virtual Prepaid Mastercard with PayPal? It ignores the card and uses other one.

I've set it as a primary card.
I specifically changed for Steam payments to use it in settings instead of the old one.
It ignores the card and all payments went to my other bank card.

Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.

That's the thing. I didn't get any feedback about card being declined or anything. It just quietly billed my main card ignoring all settings.
