Can I withdraw using my CIB USD account and receive money in USD?

I have a USD account in CIB bank here in Egypt I'm wondering if I can withdraw money and get it in USD, not my local currency EGP

Unfortunately not, withdrawals are always in local currency.

Also it would have to be a bank opened in the U.S as paypal do not support virtual / online banks or USD currency accounts.

hi @kernowlass are you sure I think some debit cards from QNP in Egypt can receive in USD

Your question mentioned bank accounts not debit cards so the advice was you can't withdraw to a bank account except in local currency.

Cards are different, however I think it may have to be a visa credit for auto-withdrawal in your country.
